Kambda is seeking experienced UiPath Support Automation Developer to join our team and work on an exciting project for one of our valued clients in the United States. Kambda is located in Costa Rica, and we are primarily seeking candidates who are in a similar time zone to facilitate collaboration.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and continuously improving automation solutions. You will play an active role in managing incidents, changes, problems, and service requests, while ensuring high availability and performance of automations in production

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand, design, implement, test, and deploy automation projects using UiPath Studio, Assistant, and Orchestrator.
  • Provide technical support and maintenance for existing automation solutions as part of L1/L2/L3 support.
  • Handle incident management, problem management, and change management processes aligned with ITIL best practices.
  • Monitor performance and availability of bots, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Manage and fulfill service requests and small enhancements from business users.
  • Continuously improve automation reliability, reusability, and scalability.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with other UiPath Platform components: Document Understanding, AI Center, Action Center, Process Mining, etc.
  • Infrastructure understanding related to UiPath Core Products (e.g., Orchestrator configuration, Robot provisioning).
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira and ServiceNow for handling incidents, changes, and requests.
  • Exposure to managed services or enterprise support environments.

Functional Skills:

  • Ability to understand and convert workflow diagrams into automated solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and solution design experience.
  • Ability to prioritize and respond efficiently to tickets and escalations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Continuous learning attitude and interest in emerging technologies.

Technical Skills:

  • UiPath Studio, Assistant, Orchestrator (minimum 2 years)
  • C# or VB.NET
  • SQL, REST APIs
  • GIT (version control)
  • Microsoft Office Suite, VBA
  • Ticketing tools: Jira, ServiceNow
